Quote and Agreement

• All projects begin with a quote request and consultation
• Final pricing may vary based on specific requirements
• A formal agreement or contract will be required before work begins
• Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement

Project Timeline

• Standard delivery is typically 7-14 business days
• Rush projects (ASAP) incur an additional 50% fee
• Timelines may be extended due to client feedback cycles or scope changes
• We will communicate any delays promptly

Delivery Options

• HTML Files: Complete source code delivery
• Your Hosting: Setup on client's existing hosting (+$50)
• Our Hosting: Managed hosting solutions with ongoing support

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for your project
• Respond to our communications in a timely manner
• Provide necessary content, images, and materials
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws

5. Payment Terms

Pricing and Fees

• Base website development starts at $250
• Additional features and add-ons are priced separately
• Hosting fees are recurring monthly charges
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

Payment Schedule

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Monthly hosting fees are billed in advance
• Rush projects require 100% payment upfront

Refund Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Refunds may be considered for legitimate service failures
• Hosting fees are non-refundable but can be cancelled for future billing
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of project completion

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Client Content

• You retain ownership of all content, logos, and materials you provide
• You grant us license to use your materials for project completion
• You warrant that you have rights to all content provided

Developed Website

• Upon full payment, you own the completed website and its code
• We retain rights to our proprietary methodologies and frameworks
• We may use the project as a portfolio example (with permission)
• Third-party plugins and tools retain their respective licenses

We warrant that our services will:

• Be performed with professional skill and care

Ongoing Maintenance

• Basic maintenance and security updates are included
• Content updates may incur additional charges
• Major redesigns or feature additions require separate agreements

11. Data Protection and Privacy

Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you also agree to our privacy practices.

12. Termination

Termination by Client

• You may terminate services with 30 days written notice
• Work completed up to termination date will be billed
• Hosting services can be cancelled with 30 days notice

Termination by Us

We may terminate services immediately if you:

• Breach these Terms
• Fail to make required payments
• Engage in illegal or harmful activities
• Abuse our staff or services

Informal Resolution

Formal Dispute Resolution

• Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
• Arbitration will be conducted under Puerto Rico Arbitration Rules

14. Force Majeure
